When can I expect my order?
Domestic orders for Taiwan area are expected to be processed within seven business days.
For shipping and delivery policies for overseas regions, please visit the online store relevant to your location of residence.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, orders that been submitted with a P.O. box shipping address will be automatically declined.
Shipping Notifications:
After your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email as soon as possible. The shipment confirmation will include the forwarder's contact information and your order's tracking number.
