Shipping & Delivery

When can I expect my order?

For orders in the Hong Kong region, we usually dispatch orders within 2 working days. 

For shipping and delivery policies for other regions, please visit the online store relevant to your location of residence.


Shipping Notifications:

After your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email as soon as possible. The shipment confirmation will include the forwarder's contact information and your order's tracking number.

International Shipping/ Returns/ Payments:

We usually dispatch orders within 2 working days from Hong Kong.

We will ship international orders via FedEx. Deliver times vary based on destination, but will typically take between 3-5 days.

We charge for shipping based on weight and delivery location; shipping fee will be automatically calculated at check out.

Import Tax:

You may have to pay import tax, which varies based on destination. The import tax will be paid to your local courier upon delivery.


Exchanges & Refunds:

Returning your product because you changed your mind.

Please return your item unused and in original condition (including all accessories and manuals intact), with proof of purchase within 14 days, and we will give you an exchange or refund, as long as your returned product meets our terms and conditions. 

For online and telephone purchases, your original shipping fee is not refundable. 

Products must be returned within 3 days if there is shipping damage.

Please be aware that we'll only process your refund once the item has been returned and checked by our specialist; this can take up to 14 days.

Warranty:

The product comes with a 1-year warranty in Hong Kong. If your product develops a fault within this time period, please return with proof of purchase and we will exchange it.

Order Cancellation:

If your order has not yet been shipped, please email us at onesec@oneseceyewear.com and our staff will process your cancellation request as soon as possible. Once we have processed the cancellation, we will send you an email informing you of the status of your cancellation.
