Warranty

Our warranty includes faults in technical issues (e.g. if the eyewear does not change colour), but kindly be reminded that warranty does not apply to damages caused by human factors (e.g. such as lens cracking from being crushed).
We highly recommend to store the eyewear in the provided protective case when not in use, and do handle with care when in use. Our lenses are made from liquid crystal lenses, which are delicate. If not treated with care, the lenses may be damaged.
Order Cancellation
If your order has not been shipped, please contact us and our staff will process your cancellation request as soon as possible. Once we have processed the cancellation, we will send you an email informing you of the status of your cancellation.
Exchange
In the event of an exchange inquiry, the order must be submitted in its entirety. We are unable to process partial exchange services for an order. For details, please contact our customer service support staff.
Defects
We encourage you to inspect your merchandise upon receipt. If you have received a defective item (that is not caused by human factors), please bring your invoice and merchandise in its full original packing (including all accessories and manuals) to us within 7 days from the date of receipt for inspection. Once we conclude your returned merchandise is in acceptable condition, we will exchange the merchandise for a new one. No exchange will be made if any parts are missing.
